In honor of and as a tribute to Clementine Mathis Rouse. We believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to further their education. It is our mission to assist students financially to attain their educational goals, school curricula, and reward excellence in teaching. The purpose of the scholarship award is to assist students in the Little Rock, the North Little Rock, and the Pulaski County School Districts in pursuing a program of undergraduate education or a vocational/technical trade. Each scholarship is for one year of full-time academic study or training. However, individual scholarship awards may be renewed for a maximum of four years for students attending a college or university or four-year vocational programs.
